With PIXLINK, you can;
- automatically upload photos/videos you take from your camera phone to a personal secure online account
- upload photos/videos from your PC to a personal secure online account
- share your photos/videos with your friends and family via SMS &email
- publish your photos/videos to third party social networking sites
- set privacy options to make your photos/videos public or keep them private
- add title, post comments, set tags on your photos/videos
- view slideshows
- manage friend's photos/videos
- sync and manage your phone's native address book

Green arrow means photos/videos are uploaded to web
Yellow arrow means photos/videos are in queue for upload
Globe means photos/videos privacy is set to Public
Lock means photos/videos privacy is set to Private
PC means the media is was uploaded from PC to web

You will only be charged P2.50 for every photo/video you upload to your PIXLINK web account. You may also share multiple photos and videos via SMS for only P1.00.
Once your media is uploaded, you may send this to the public gallery or your favorite websites such as Facebook or Flickr as well as add tags and comments to your media for FREE.

- Your photos/videos will show a yellow arrow on to indicate they are in queue for uploading
- Once the yellow arrow turns green, your photos/videos have been uploaded to your online secure personal account
- Login to your account on the website to view your photos/videos

Use your phone camera to capture photos/videos
These, as well as any photos/videos already on your phone will automatically be added to the PIXLINK Gallery and uploaded to the PIXLINK website

Launch PIXLINK on your phone. On the photos/videos you wish to upload, select Options > Upload. A small yellow arrow will appear on the photos/videos indicating that they are in queue for upload. Once the upload is complete, the arrow will turn green. Photos and videos that have not been marked for upload will not have any icons next to them.

Launch PIXLINK. PIXLINK automatically categorizes your photos/videos by date. Select Options > View by Date. Highlight the date based collection you wish to upload and select Options > Upload Collection. This action queues all photos/videos in that collection for upload.

To share photos/videos via email from your phone,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select photos/videos you wish to share
- Select Options > Share By > Email
- Select Options > Add contact. Select the people from your phones native address book with whom you wish to share. You could also select Options > Add recipient to enter an email address (Note: Contacts with email address appear in the list)
- Select Options > Send to send the message
Your friends will receive an email message with your shared photos/videos.

To share photos/videos via SMS from your phone,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select photos/videos you wish to share
- Select Options > Share By > SMS
- Select Options > Add contact. Select the people from your phones native address book with whom you wish to share. You could also select Options > Add recipient to enter an email address
- Select Options > Send to send the message
Your friends will receive an SMS with your shared photos/videos.

To change photos/videos privacy settings,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select the photos/videos you wish to change privacy settings for
- Select Options > Make Public. Conversely, select Make Private to remove a photo/video from public viewing
(Note: All public requests are reviewed by admin to ensure quality service before)

To publish photos/videos to third party sites,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select the photos/videos you wish to publish
- Select Options > Publish
- From the list, select the web sites to which you wish to publish media to
(Note: You need to configure your third party social networking sites from Options > Go to > My Sites menu before you can publish your photos/videos to them)

You can block users from sharing photos/videos with you
Launch PIXLINK. Select Options > Go to > Block List
Select Options > Block New
Enter the name of the user you wish to block. The user's name will appear on the block list.
(Note: You can unblock any user by selecting his/her username Options > Unblock)

To publish your photos/ videos to third party social networking sites, you need to first configure them. To configure your PIXLINK account to publish to your third party social networking accounts,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select Options > Go to > My Sites
- From the list, select the third party social networking site you wish to configure
- Select Options > Configure
- Once a site is successfully configured, a green check mark will appear next to it
(Note: Certain sites require you to configure them from PIXLINK web account)

To add a title to your photos/videos,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select photos/videos you wish to add a title to
- Select Options > Edit
- Select the title link and enter your title

To add a tag to your photos/videos,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select photos/videos you wish to add tags to
- Select Options > Edit
- Select Options > Add Tag
- Enter the tag in the textbox and select OK

To add a comment to your photos/videos,
- Launch PIXLINK. Select photos/videos you wish to add comments to
- Select Options > Edit
- Select Options > Add Comment
- Enter the comment in the textbox and select OK

To delete individual photos/videos;
- Launch PIXLINK. Highlight photos/videos you wish to delete
- Select Options > Delete
- If the photos/videos are uploaded to your PIXLINK account on the web, you will be prompted if you wish to delete them from your phone only (Mobile only) or from your phone and your online account (Mobile and web).

In the PIXLINK mobile application, select Options > Go to > Settings.
Application:
- PIXLINK Service
- Enabled: PIXLINK mobile application is allowed to establish a data connection
- Disable: PIXLINK mobile application is NOT allowed to establish a data connection
- New Media Uploading
- Automatically: Media is automatically uploaded to your secure online personal web space
- Ask me: When you take a media, PIXLINK will prompt you to select if you wish to upload it to your secure online personal web space
- Manually: Media is not automatically uploaded to your secure online personal web space. You can upload media manually from the My Media gallery
My Account
- Username: Displays your username
- Change Password: Allows you to change your PIXLINK service password. To change your password, you need to verify your current password, select a valid your new password and confirm your new password
Sync Media: Allows you to synchronize media on the mobile application with your secure online personal web space
Sync Contacts: Allows you to synchronize your mobile device's native address book with your secure online personal web space (Note: This option is only available on Symbian 9 phones)
